Flourish Theraputics, LLC respects clients' privacy. Client information is used solely to send text messages related to our services—such as appointment confirmations. We protect clients' data with secure storage measures to prevent unauthorized access.
Data Collection/Opting In

Customers may opt in to receive SMS messages from Flourish Therapeutics, LLC by providing their phone number to a representative either verbally during a phone call or during an office visit. Before consent is given, our staff will explain the types of messages you may receive, message frequency, potential charges, and how to opt out of receiving messages.

By opting into our SMS messaging service, clients will agree to the following terms regarding how we handle their information:

Clients may choose to opt out of the SMS list at any time by texting, emailing, or replying STOP or CANCEL to flourishwithmassage@gmail.com or (785) 338-6619. By unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm your opt-out, and we will remove your phone number from our list within 24 hours.

Clients can send HELP for additional assistance, and will receive a text including our phone number, email, and our website to assist with their query.
Message Frequency

SMS frequency varies depending on your interactions with Flourish Therapeutics LLC, including but not limited to: inquiries, appointment reminders, service information, wellness tips, quotes, and notifications (e.g., inclement weather cancellations). We estimate up to 10 messages per quarter.
Data Retention

We retain clients' information as long as they are subscribed to our SMS service. Clients may request deletion at any time.
Non-Sharing Clause

We never share clients' information with third parties for marketing purposes. Flourish Therapeutics, LLC does not sell, rent, or disclose mobile numbers or personal data without prior consent from the client, unless required by law.
